I cant log in

I changed my username and now cannot log into the faf server or on the website. I have tried the forgot password function but when i enter the details it says the username email combination is incorrect (but it is correct). I have tried my previous usernames with my email account and it does not work.

I have tried to create a new faf account and link that to my steam account as an alternative, but when i log in and try to link to steam it states i dont have a copy of fa

is it possible someone can send me a link to reset my account to my registered email address. My username is Hannibal-Barca

Hi,

I am using the reset password function https://faforever.com/account/password/reset

I am entering the username HANNIBAL-BARCA with associated email account and entering in a new password.

I receive the following error message: Error! Username and/or email did not match.

I dont know why this is happening as the email address is the only one associated with the account.
