Password reset function on website not working

Hi,
I have tried to reset my password for FAF (not the forums) using my username and email address. Both are correct. I put in a new password and repeat it as per the instructions.

I am met with the following error code
"Error! Username and/or email did not match."

I am using the correct username and email combination.

There is no FAF user called "Flaminius" or even something similar, so you must be wrong there. I will PM you with the username matching your email address.
