FAF freezing

Postby CommanderA » 02 Sep 2017, 12:47

Hi guys

Any help welcome... FAF has been working fine, but now FAF crashes every time I try to host or enter any game. it also wont shut down without ctrl-alt-delete, and occasionally in the task bar shows two FAF icons as running. Have tried cache/game files, and uninstall/reinstall, with defender on and off (and having nothing else running) and am still getting the same issue. Log attached if it helps.

Thanks guys

Also - no mods running or active, and the replay vault is working fine - so replays are watchable. The crash happens after double clicking on a game to join or when hitting the host button to host

can't read anything out of the log personally but my best guess is that you use some modified files for the lobby such as KyrO's lobby or the russian cyrillic hack mod

I don't know if that's the reason for the crash, but FAF can't set up connectivity for you.

It's trying to use UPnP but it doesn't work. Please disable UPnP and set up port forwarding properly.

Cheers Duke, will do that. Do I need to disable UPnP from within FAF somehow? If so, where is the setting? Appreciate the help buddy, thank you.
