I found a topic about this, but its close by Sheeo

so here it goes again, when observers is enabled, you can send msg to everyone, ping and place markers

just use the console command to switch players view, and that's it

Edit: this happened during a tournament game.

Gloves came off many many time since farms was an observer. He was also spamming pings to haven's team.
