Unable to join/view aeolus chat lobby [SOLVED]

I'm running into an issues, not sure what i need to do on my end to fix it. Seems last week everything appeared down for a while, when trying to log in the client just timed out. After a number of hours, came back and tried logging in again. Appears the system was then accepting logins but upon logging in I kept getting kicked out immediately with the system reporting "Invalid/incorret password for user..." To fix this problem, tried doing a reset password. Doing the password reset appears partly successful, can log in but not able to join the aelous chat room or see which other players/buddies are on-line. Is there something i need to set of fix to get back into aelous or the other chat rooms? The server log (below) says: type "msg NickServ IDENTIFY password" but no where to type that command. Any ideas how to fix it?

I'm dealing with the same issue, but it started occurring only after I changed my password.

I can't access Aeolus or my clan chat, and there's no place to input text to put that command it gives you.

when you change your password, it needs to be updated in the irc server. This is currently broken.

We will fix it asap.

Seems the problem is back again today? Noticed a message earlier saying the server was down, but seems like i'm running into the same issue again...

While i'm not 100% sure if it is the same issue or is the game servers actually currently down...? Not sure if there is a way to ping the servers to see if they are actually up or not... Any suggestions?

But several users (incl me) are not able to Login to FAF...see other Topics. So something is strange.

Seems like it is back up and working again... Must be some of the files got moved around or corrupted some how.

Anyway might suggest trying again, working for me now...
