Friend frequently losing connection to some other player.

I know this is a known bug, but I never get it, so are there any workarounds? Also, the same people have trouble connecting with him in the lobby, also known bug.
Or any way to reconnect him? Or when someone has trouble connecting to him just kick them?

looks like upnp is unable to map a port (check if UPNP is enabled on your router)
best way to avoid connection issues is to have an open port and a stable connection

Well, i get the same even with upnp. But still, he loses connection mid-game not unable to connect at all.
Also, his FAF crashes when cyberian acu explodes. So...
