Mod Vault bug: showing only a few mods

So I never really noticed this (as I don't really use mods), until I was in a discussion in Aeolus today. Another user, named Darkshadow1809 was talking about not finding any mods that he wanted in the mod vault. For the sake of checking it out, I typed in 'shield' (he was looking for some shield mod) in the mod vault search field. The result came up empty. I typed in something that should certainly be there (for example common mod tools). Came up empty in the search. Tried typing 'com' 'common', etc. Never showed any result. The strange thing is that the vault seemed to be working normally, as it showed about 50 mods correctly, even able to search those (for example equilibrium and eco manager were displayed). I restarted FAF a few times and suddenly all the mods showed up in the vault. Seems to be some random problem and I thought it would be interesting to report it.

TLDR: mod vault is randomly only showing a fraction of the mods that should be there.
