Mod/ Map installation failed

Every time I try to join a game that has any mods or maps other than the basic ones if comes up with the following:
Mod installation failed
This mod could not be installed (please report this mod/bug)

I then click ok any anther message come up
Mod not found
"Mods or map name" was apparently not installed correctly, please check this

When I check the folder with the mods and maps in, it has created the folder but it is empty.

I have uninstalled the game and FAF and deleted the any folders that remain, i have also cleared the catch and settings however i get this same error every time.

any help on this?

Make sure your AV doesn't prevent FAF from putting files into the mod/map folder.
Also post logs. Information on how to do so can be found in the red text above.

I have disabled the firewall and got the same results, also checked the block list and activity report and my firewall say it's doing nothing to block it. I have also copied the game files below:
