some generic error - check if the folder permissions in the mod and map folder are messed up somehow
also check if you have a folder/some files for that map already and if yes then delete them to see if that helps

not related to your issue but you don't have an open port

without an open port you may experience connection issues when trying to connect to lobbies or in game
