Forged Alliance Forever - Lobby Client has stopped working

I am on Windows 10 (latest update), a good pc and when I start the newest fa client I get the message ''Forged Alliance Forever - Lobby Client has stopped working'' I then close this message and another pops up saying the same thing which I then close and then of course nothing happens after this.

I was using the previous client fine, so I do not understand what is wrong with this new one? Please help.
