Unable to link account with steam

Hi,

I am having an issue where i am unable to link my account to steam due to a 500 Server errror,
i have had a previous account for FAF but have forgotten all the details except the email,
would there be a possibility to remove my steam account from the other profile and add it to this one or provide the username for the other account,

I will be able to PM details as required,
