"Upload Map" missing?

"Upload Map" missing?

Looking to upload a map to the vault, and the "Upload Map" button is missing.

I don't know if it's only available to "certified" members or what, but the button is gone. I can see "Upload Mod" in the mods tab. Could someone help me out?

You need to use downlords client for uploading maps
