thats the missing file *api-ms-win-crt-runtime-I1-1-0.dll* what must i do pls help me thx
faf lobby donnt starts..

Google suggests you need to install your Windows updates - in particular something called UCRT.
From what I remember, this is something that's required for Python to work. If you can't find the update or don't want to be bothered, you can try the Java-based alternative client.
