Unable to open ports

Hi.. my problem is quite annoying..
I am trying to open my ports, but failing ever since..

Here are some I can think of..

Modem/router: ZyXEL P-660HN-T3A
Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate
I followed this manual to open them : http://portforward.com/english/routers/ ... mander.htm
I disabled router firewall and windows firewall
I disabled anti virus program
I even download Port forwarding program

nothing works and Iam clueless.. I cant play with most of players..

I just want to join some random games.. with 3 results

1) got stuck on loading screen with abort button
2) join game, but got several 0 ping or nill connection - even after FAF restart or rejoin
3) actually join and play.. (but eventualy get desync in the beggining - 50% times)

I dont know, what to do next.. what logs do I post, or what..

That's really not normal and not related to your connection.
There is something terribly wrong with your FA if it does that.

by desync I mean lost connection with somebody..

BTW I have Steam version of FA

The server think that your port 6112 is all right.
But you really use port 16683.

The server does a test when you host/join a game, and your game answered on port 6112 correctly, but then switched (well, your router did).

I think the best thing to do would be to remove any kind of routing attempt (try setting 7892 or any random number above 5000 as your FA port in the lobby).

are you sure it is not port 16683 on 53.184.broadband2.iol.cz?
