client 0.18

Hi,

With the new FAF client v 0.18, I do not get a login screen. I heard from another player that he had the same. I did empty C:\ProgramData\FAForever, made no difference.
0.17.4 has the same problem for me.
0.16.1 works fine.

I just pushed an rc release that should fix it. The client should show the update dialog for you, if it doesn't, grab the direct link here.
