Account is reset to zero

At each launch of the FAF, my account is completely reset.

what do you mean?

do you want the client to remember your login info?
then you have to check the tick box to make the client do that when logging in

I'm sorry, I'm using an translator.

I participated in the game. I put in the statistics +1 "Games played" and + / - "Global rating", depending on the outcome of the game. But, if I restart the FAF, my "Games played" and "Global Rating" indicators will be zero.

not sure what could cause that but i guess you could post your last game log and downlords client log for a start

This bug affects all users created between 19.05.2018 and 27.05.2018. The root cause is fixed, but repairing the affected user records will take some more time. Maybe I can fix it tonight.

The leaderboards are fixed now.
