PM doesn't work

I tried to PM PhilipJFry and Exotic_Retard, but got "The requested users to be added do not exist".
It doesn't work since at least 29.05 20:00 UTC+0.
Previously (a couple of weeks ago) I was able to PM Exotic_Retard.

slack invite isnt a user. You already add PhilipJfry dont add anything else in "to field" use the subject to write "slack invite"
