That part about themes is relevant only if you've been using old themes and your client doesn't start up. This one should be caught by the client, I'll have to look into it.

The issue here is that the client has no permissions to ProgramData\FAForever. Were you launching the client as administrator, or as multiple users? Try giving access to ProgramData\FAForever to all users, or make yourself the owner of this directory.
