Unable to connect to the otherplayers with my phone wifi

Hi dear support

I cant play because when i try to join people in game lobby with my phone connexion it failed post of time and a message said : connexion failed:host abandonned lobby.
When i use my box wifi i Can connect to other people.

I tried to delete game files change port etc but nothing happened.

Help me
