Game bug - launch incorrectly with certain players

This has happened a few times, but this is the first time I'm reporting it. The game fails to launch repeatedly (loads but my game hangs before it zooms in on the acu, while opponent is unhindered) against certain players. I've only ever had this issue in custom 1v1.
