New here...question

So I found the lobby patch. Do I need another download to patch the game to FAF? I played years ago, loved it and now I'm back.

Little help?

Nope. Assuming your game files were patched to 3599 or 3603 (Steam version will be updated) you just need to install FAF and point it to your game directory. FAF will autopatch any time there's a further update, and any time you start or join a game through FAF, it will apply all the related bug fixes and balancing changes that have been made.

Likewise, any time you use FAF to play one of the supported Mods, it will all be taken care of in FAF.

The link is in the link menu of the lobby, or in the frontpage of faforever.com.
