Can't login to FAF client [SOLVED]

Every time I try to log in as I open the FAF client it says it failed to calculate my unique ID and it doesn't matter if I use the correct username and password to log in.
How do I fix this and what other info do I need to post?

Hello,

that error means that FAF failed to calculate a unique ID which is most likely caused by your Antivirus software deleting the FAF-UID.exe.

Please make sure that your Antivirus does NOT do that and then reinstall the faf client.

I removed FAF, deactivated my firewall, redownloaded the client and reinstalled, still get the problem.

I set a specific manual exception for the faf-uid file in my antivirus real time scanner and that appears to have solved my reported issue.
On McAffe that would be;
-Open McAffe total protection
-Click the gear on the top right
-Click Real-Time Scanning
-Un-collapse the excluded files section
-Add file
-Navigate to C:/Program Files (x86)/Forged Alliance Forever/lib
-Select faf-uid
That should do it.
A quick note is that I did this after a fresh install of FAF BEFORE I tried opening the client, so my antivirus never had a chance to mess with the file in the first place.
