Connection Issues

After switching to win7 on bootcamp instead of using a virtual machines ive been geting major lag spikes when playing 4v4s. This was never a problem on the virtual machine and was never a problem on other computers ive played on for the past 3 years. My port is 6112.
I get all green under 300 connections in lobby, but right when the game starts, it goes red and over 1000-2000 ping to everyone.
