Installing FAF lobby issues

Hello, first of all I would like to express how pumped I am to once again play FA with a sizeable community. However I'm having trouble even installing the lobby as when I click "Run" for the client, the installation wizard opens and it stays stuck on "Please wait while the setup wizard prepares to guide you through the installation" I have left it there for hours, downloaded with different browsers, ran it in compatability mode but no luck as of yet. Anyone have any solutions?

Mine waits for a short while when installing updates, but thats while its figuring out it needs to ask me for administrator access. Maybe thats the issue, sounds similar to what I get.
