Login not found in database

I can´t log into my account - my login is not accepted.
On the recovery page it says "The username or email you entered was not found in our database."

I´ve tried case sensitive and both mail and username so far. Any solution?

What your username is supposed to be ?

It´s "lokil" or "Lokil".
I´m in the Alliance "RHU", if that helps (one of two members).

No, nobody with something close to that.

Searching RHU return nothing either.

Just in case, you are not trying to retrieve your gpgnet account do you ?

ahm, yes that was the plan... i´ve been off gpg for about a year. didn´t know faf didn´t copy the gpg accounts.
just registered new one, thanks.
