I can't play with Ukrainians

We connect ok in the lobby all's good, then game starts, ~10 seconds pass and I'm 1 behind in data to him forever. This happens only with anyone from Ukraine.

Used to happen before ICE, ICE or no ICE behaviour is exactly the same.

I have pretty much same problem with bigger games (4x4)
If someone is from ukrain its bound to desync on beginning of game ruining it for all players

Any pointers how to diagnose the problem ? Ports are open on router

No, issue still not resolved, it's not just Ukraine but happens most often with them
