Global Ranking and Teams Unlocked

Wow just lost a brutal game. 2v2 Isis and appears the teams were unlocked. About to kill the 2nd enemy when I found out the rules and my team mate attacked me.
Should have finished the opposition first but instead killed my ally. Ended up losing the game and it appears team unlocked is still registered. So I just lost a 1v3 and still lost rating.
Any chance of looking into excluding teams unlocked in ratings? I don't see the point it have ratings in this case.
