Can't join or create games [SOLVED]

I've attached my 2 error logs below. I was previously able to create games and join them before upgrading to Windows 10 this past weekend.

Ok, I need you to try again so that you get the error, and give us the full "downlords faf client.log"
in C:\ProgramData\FAForever\logs .

Right, your problem seems to be the connection.

I want you to make sure that FAF and FA are allowed through your Firewall/AV. Try again. If it still doesn't work, email me the log and i'll look through the new one.

Both FA and FAF are allowed via my firewall and my antivirus is currently disabled.

The log I emailed to you before is the same, as it's not populating a new log with the subsequent errors.

Okay, then there's some connection issue.
If you have wireshark you might be able to see what's going on;

perhaps your router is blocking it? E.g possibly university or communal router?

Not likely, as I was playing the game just days before this issue occurred.

Please use wireshark to see what's happening with the packets.

All I can see in the log is that there is a connection problem - and as far as we're concerned, everything is absolutely fine on our end.

I seem to have gotten it sorted. I appreciate all your help Gorton. I believe the error was something regarding Windows Defender Smartscreen, even though I had Windows Defender itself disabled, this functionality was not and was more than likely preventing an outside connection. Just to be safe I also did a fresh install of both FA and the FAF client.

I just want to be clear that you shouldn't have to shut any firewall off; I don't recommend that. It does however tell us that the problem is there somewhere and you can look into it further.
