I can't find online players in ranked matches

I have been searching for almost 3 hours with no luck in finding anyone, it gets stuck in "Searching for opponent...".

Is it because there is no players searching for ranked matches? or there is a problem in my side?

and if there is a problem from my side, what could it be? PLEASE any help will be appreciated -_-

Its the same with me, been searching for over 1 hour tonight. I thought it was me too but it looks like another ladder bug :(
