Downloads client doesn't get past the login screen with the spinny thing.

Looks like the server is down... but the web page doesn't say anything.
So it could be a proxy issue

Was also locked out for the past half hour or so. I can log in now as well.

We were investigating but could not find a cause. In the meantime it fixed itself :/
