Can't login

I had an issue where my games had a fatal error and wouldn't start, so I cleared FAF bin and cache then relogged. It told me to update to version 582, but now tells me I have the wrong version and redirects me to a dl for version 580. That won't install because I have a more recent version installed.

Correct version is 852.

I just updated this morning. I tried to log in, using my correct user name and password, and a message box popped up saying "We are not able to log you. Restart your PC or update your lobby!", followed by a link to lobby version 582. After I click that box closed, I see another one that says "Unique ID incorrect"

Well, I did both, and I still can't log in, I still get that message. Would I get this same message if someone had hacked my account and changed the password, or is this just a bug? Now, I know for a fact what my user name and password are, so unless someone logged in to my account and changed the password (nobody I know would have that info) then I am not sure what happened.

Well If you mean 582 I've just installed it and It doesn't work...

But if it really is 852 I'm a long way behind...

cant login also... it tells me wrong ID and i should dowload v.582 but the dowloadlink points to v.580
i have the v.582 already installed not working.

I have the same issue ... I updated to version 582 and seem to be getting the same issue that others have had.

I am on windows 7 x64

I have checked the WMI that the posts talk about in the earlier logs about 570 and it is successfully connecting to <local computer>

I get a unique ID error
