ICE Adapter window not working?

I realize that the window pops up on startup only on the python client right now but even when I click on the icon in the system tray it's not popping up. Anyone know why this would happen?

So I realized that the Downlord's client itself is now the ICE Adapter, so I'll mark this as solved.
