Login Button

Hi there,

I recently installed the FAF lobby on my system so i could game with a friend using the most current patch for FA.

I figured rather than have him install first i'd try it out and see how it (he's not nearly as surf savy as myself )

Anyways, i installed the lobby from the main FAF website, allowed the lobby to update and then i created an account with the lobby. (When it asked me for my email address i figured i'd have to confirm my account so it would activate but so far nothing).

When i completed creating the account it dropped me to the login screen. When i typed in the User Name and password and clicked the "Login Button+ nothing happened. Tried again....still nothing.

I tried the solution suggested about copying the faLobby.lib and rewriting but it didn't give any results when i tried again.

Any suggestions or solutions? Love FA but dislike GPGNet for the longest time and we thought it was only way to game online with it....and then we found FAF.

I look forward to any input.

faf login is case senative btw or just create a new account and see if it happens again

hi i am having the same problem
when i created my acount and tried to login it just does nothing.?
i would really like to get back playing fa havent been on in ages..

are you sure that your account name is correct aka case senative? and i also think password is aswell

yep positive il try it again now.. hope it will work this looks alot better than gpg..

Check your connection/firewall/antivirus/router config, perhaps something blocks FAF's connection.

i got it working just shutdown my pc and tried again yesterday loged in ok and got in to a match..!

I had two friends with the same issue. The solution was *not* to double click on the shortcut on the desktop, but starting the exe directly.
