faforever.faf hash and update is disabled

This is a problem for me because I've been messing around with my faforever.faf literally all day.... the server has apparently stopped hashing and auto-downloading it, which is a problem because I don't have a source of it anymore XD

Also, it could allow people to mess with the file and mess up every game they join. Please re-enable hashing and autodownloading faforever.faf

Also, I assume this means that new players to FAF cannot play.... which is very bad.
