KeyBinds menu wont close?

Hello, I have worked on this issue a lot before I posted this

Currently when i load a BlackOps Game from the menu on the left in "Find Games" i have this issue where once i press F1 to bring up the keybind menu in game. Nothing on gods green earth will close the keybind screen. the game continues to play in the background and I click close press ESC, and Evey bottom on the keyboard.. No luck to get it to close.

annoying because if i accidently press it in game.. I now am finished playing

I have Deleted all mods. Reinstalled the game. Deleted BIN and game data contents. and no such luck in fixing this.

It works fine launching Forged alliance But not Launching Blackops <remember with 0 mods installed. Just FAF Blackops shortcut.

please help No luck with this and its realllllllly annoying.

Just got this problem as well, had to alt f4
