HQ upgrade bug

In a setons:

I build 2 navy facs, let the 2nd assist the first. Somewhat later, I start HQ upgrade on the 2nd fac. Then, when upgrade is underway, I cancel the assist with ctrl+shift right-click. It cancels the HQ upgrade!!! So I re-order the HQ upgrade and when it finally finishes, I get a T2 HQ (graphically), with the buildpower from a T1 fac that can't build T2 either. So I had to do T2 HQ upgrade on a third factory. Later on, after the first fac was killed, the 2nd could be T2.

forever.log is 4 MB, it doesn't allow me to add it here.

Somehow it whines "entity too large" if I try to add logs. The forever.log is 4 MB
