Error on game load (game updater failure)

Hi, so I just installed FAF on my newer computer and when I went to launch a game, a crash occurred! I'm not sure if it would happen on every game, but it was when I was launching a co-op replay. I've included my computer stats below, and a pastebin link to the error log. So far I've tried running as admin, and re-installing FAF.

Relevant computer stats:
OS: Windows 8
FA version: most up-to-date steam version
FAF version: up-to-date
I think that is about it actually...

Log: pastebin[dot]com/Dw8jWSVk (remove the [dot] and replace it with a period)

UPDATE: So apparently I can launch a co-op game just fine, but co-op replays are still broken...

Which log file is that? It doesn't look like game.log, any chance you could post that one too?
