Corrupted UI watching replays

Sometime when I launch a replay my UI gets corrupted and the only way it seems to fix it is by redownloading the game patch. I usually do this by launching a really old replay then launching the newer one I want to watch. I cannot zoom in or out, or touch anything with the UI at all. Also nothing moves, but I hear sounds.

When this happens try using alt+left/right to switch between the UI skins.
