Ladder Problems

Sometimes the ladder wont search any 1v1s. you keep restarting it and try joining games at your level but it is unable to find any games.

Sometimes there arent many players searching, can you add your rating and time when you search?
Also if Sheeo asked for log, this belongs to tech support part of forum.

It happens more often, that you see that someone of your level is searching, but you cannot join.

I recently had a case where Greenio and I were both searching ladder (we differ 100 in ladder rating), we both saw that someone else of our level was searching, but no game started. When we both stopped searching and simultaneously started searching again, we did get a ladder match against eachother.
