Crashes ...again. Logs included

I had an issue with this a long time ago and it turned out to be a bad stick of memory. Hoping somebody can help me out.

1. I have tested my memory numerous times, no issues
2. I have reinstalled windows (8) multiple times
3. I have reinstalled Steam / FAF multiple times
4. I have tried running it in compatibility mode

PC:
Intel Core i7-4930k
nVidia GTX-980
16GB memory
OCZ-Vertex4 SSD's

Have you tried to push your rig with Prime95 or similar program? That way you can see if it runs stable during full load.

And use memtest86+ to test your memory. With 16 gb of ram it takes a while to test the whole spectrum so boot the computer with memtest86+ @ usb and leave it on overnight.
