Map commenting

How can one comment on anything in the map vault? Contrary to the mod vault I have no empty text box or button that would allow commenting. Or do I have to do it somewhere else? For example - it shows only others' comments.

This can be moved to tech support cause you're lobby seems to be bugged, there should be this button:

When there is an update, there is no error message of any kind. I have recently reinstalled it. As far as I can tell, everything else works fine. Would a reinstall, again, fix it?

I know this is rather old.. but does no one know why the "Post a comment" doesn't appear for me? I even posted the relevant log file.

Soo.. did you see something wrong with my log file?
Now I moved to Windows 10, reinstalled everything (FAF twice), yet I still can't see, thus use, the comment link/button.
