Intelligence and counter-intelligence units

ATM Cybran are really good not only at having a good unit set, but also at messing with people's heads using Sirens, Decievers and t3 air stealth.

So idea is why wont we give the other factions some potential in that regard?

UEF already have a cheap naval platform and ground platform with target jamming but lack air one if you dont include Sparkies in transport.

The proposition is to give a Broadsword or some of the air transports target jamming ability.
Take it away from Wailers and give those a speed instead so they'd be a fastest t3 gunship by a margin and maybe even could catch up with Renegades.
Sera get a mobile cloak field generators or something.
Aeon get nothing because aeon OP (on a more serious note im not sure what you can give them though).

Thats a VERY rough idea though.
A useful guide for a newer players that i find a great success following to.

In my opinion this is a significant, and good way, in which we keep the factions different. If you want stealth, capture a Cybran engie. If you want shields, go... any other faction. :) Cybran is the "sneaky" race.

Other factions do have t2 stationary stealth.

If you're going to give jamming to a UEF air unit, give it to a bomber, not gunships.

Jamming on a gunship is almost totally pointless, because a gunship has to be inside of any AA units' vision range before the gunship's weapons are in range. Jamming on bombers would be useful because it would reduce the alpha damage of SAMs, allowing them to get a drop on that first pass more easily.

I think the point is that from a distance it looks like many gunships. Once visible it would suffer from the same problems as a strat: it's visible. Make two gunships and send them around the back via different sides -- opponent goes "oh crap" and reacts since they think you've got five gunships on either side. Diversion while you send something else up the middle, or lets you see all their air instead of just enough to kill one gunships.

Also, mooting that first SAM shot can make the difference in a snipe attempt -- and SAMs are often in range when the gunship is still on radar.

Using stealth/jamming isn't supposed to be easy or infallible.
