Change civ color

Since hostile civilian structures are red now, in ladder civs have the same color as one of the players. Could the civs get a different color?

Yes i have an suggestion,

please use a red/green color-blind friendly color.

Would be the best to use the normal civilian color and just make it a little bit darker.
