New army colours

Some people were complaining about the dark blue colour here http://forums.faforever.com/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=15005
I made a fix for it but it still wasnt good enough for some people.

So I called the other devs on slack (since we don't have better things to do) and we came up with a solution. The new pink system

As you can see it has more than enough shades to satisfy everyone.

I'm gonna be so pissed if someone picks the PANTONE® 7426 C before me. Obviously that's the best pink.
