Autokick foes

Hi all,

I'd like to see an option to autokick your foes when hosting a game. Alternatively, I'd like to see my foes in some colour in the game lobby because I don't want to remember my foes ofc.

Slight tweak, can we just make foes unable to SEE games you host?
No need to go around flat out telling people they are on your foe list.

Of course this could already be a feature...

It would also be great if you would be able to not play your foes in ladder.

That would be easily abusable.
