lock for minimap

do you know what is annoying? when scrolling you can hit minimap and intead of zoom in, you zooming minimap, or just accidentally change size of minimap

so could you make some lock for minimap? you click on it and you cant zoom minimap or change its size

shortcut would be better

btw. maybe allow scroling map on/through locked minimap?
